Regular Office Hours
Waterman Location: Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Dixon Location: Monday & Wednesday: 8:00am – Noon, Friday: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm
Late Arrivals
We respect your valuable time and do our best to run on schedule. To serve each patient in a prompt and efficient manner, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled.
Rescheduling/Cancellations
If you decide to postpone or reschedule your appointment, we request at least 48 hours advance notice from your appointment time. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance will be charged a fee.
